*[A 20% minimum gratuity is added to all regularly priced services]*Please have your laundry BAGGED & outside for contactless pickup, we no longer accepts baskets or bins. All soiled items should be bagged SEPARATELY. An invoice will be sent via the email on file after pickup.

Important Information
Memberships cannot be shared or traded for cash value. A membership is only valid for the household that purchased it.
Does not include pet bedding, animal clothes, weighted blankets, gasoline soaked items, shoes, or items with unreasonably soiled.
Credits do not roll over to the next month and must be used before the end of your 30 day period. Honey Doers LLC is a fully insured entity.

-Normal Orders; are typically picked up in the morning, processed in the afternoon, and returned the next day.
-Same day Orders; are processed as priority and typically returned the same day by 10PM. (subject to availability & fees)
-Bulk orders; have a minimum 24 hour turn around time for quality purposes. This includes 10+ loads, commercial accounts, & HD Membership bulk orders.

HD Membership holders enjoy the option of free/discounted same day delivery, (under 6 loads) & subject to availability. We cannot guarantee same day service.
