HD Terms Of Service

Associated Fees

During laundry service, orders may require some fees depending on the circumstances of the order. The following fees (if applicable) would be charged to the credit card on file.

  • $10 Re-Bagging Fee - When an order is not properly packed for pickup a driver will finish securing your laundry for a fee.

  • $25 No Show Fee/Late Cancel - Driver shows up but does not locate an order.

  • $15 After Hours Pickup - Sudden off schedule pickups, including emergency drop offs.

  • $50 Bulk Pickup Service Fee - Pickups with over 20 bags of laundry.

  • $25 Same Day Rush Service - Same day service fee for anything under 5 bags.

Electronic Communications

When booking an HD service, you give permission to, and agree that, HD staff can contact and communicate via email, text, phone, social media direct message or any other electronic method to contact the client. This TOS includes promotions, advertisements, reminders, confirmations, updates, advisories, and billing collection efforts. *It is our highest priority to protect clients information appropriately. You will only be contacted by an HD staff member from Support@honeydoersmd.com, 301-732-1818 (Text or Call), or any other email domain ending with “honeydoersmd.com”.

We do not share or sell any consumer information to any other 3rd party services or entities.

Billing, Overages, & Collections

  1. Billing - By making a purchase on the HD platform you are agreeing that any outstanding balances or fees that accumulate during your service, will be automatically charged to the debit/credit card(s) on file in your account. Any balances that cannot be billed will be electronically invoiced to the email address on file. All payments are due at the time of service.

  2. Overages - Overpayments for laundry will be automatically refunded in the form of laundry credits for use on future service dates.

  3. Collections - The senior staff at HD will make attempts to collect any balances for 10 business days before forwarding collection efforts to 3rd party agencies or local civil arbitration/court. *We have a reputation of working with clients with good communication in reference to debts. Expiration and Refund Policy

Refunds are given at managers discretion and only under certain circumstances.

Discounted/Promotional purchases are not eligible for refunds. All promo sales are final.

Any laundry credits expire 365 days from distribution. All promotions and discount codes expire on the date advertised on the promotion, and cannot be combined with any other deal, or redeemed for cash.

Any purchase at HD constitutes services rendered. After a reservation has been booked, refunds will only be distributed as laundry credits.

Liability Waiver

By booking an appointment you are agreeing that 1. The staff at Honey Doers, Norfam Corporation, or any of its affiliates, partners, owners, shareholders cannot 2. be held responsible for damages to clothing or any client belongings involving 3. debris, liquids, stains, tears, breaks, burns, or any other damage not limited to this list. Additionally, booking a service with HD constitutes 4. the client understands and assumes all liability & risk of pick up and delivery laundry service operations and procedures set forth by Honey Doers & The Norfam Corporation of Maryland. *All reports of damage or unsatisfactory results will be resolved in house by senior staff and subject to discretion.
